Confidentiality and reliability are paramount to our business, and we employ mostly in-house reporters, to provide the utmost control for our clients. Every piece of recorded medium remains in the possession and control of the firm for up to 15 years, , and all transcript production, proofreading, and binding are in-house functions as well.
Transcript drafts and original records remain in storage onsite for up to 15 years. In-house transcript production is performed on an alternating shift basis, often extending over 24 hours per day, including weekends, allowing clients easy access to production if requirements change during the process.

Using a back-up live track for all proceedings, and our most experienced court reporters to proofread all transcripts, Victory Verbatim ensures absolute accuracy on all documents produced.
1Each document is verified to reflect a verbatim transcript of the proceedings.
2Upon correction, the document is then compared with its draft to be certain that all corrections are final.
